Process & Shipping Time
Since this is a one-person business and the artworks are of different materials and sizes, the processing times are variable. I will always try to ship the item to you as quick as possible, usually this will be within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped I will sent you a notification. If there is any unforeseen delay, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for local and international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Dance Part is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Pickup Your Order
You can skip the shipping fees and processing time with free local pickup (I am based in Oosterbeek, Netherlands). Send a note with your order that you would like to pick it up personally – if any shipping charges are automatically calculated, I will refund this to you after you’ve pick up your order.
I will contact you about the time and date of the pickup.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at merith@thedancepart.nl with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Are you not content with the item you purchased? Please contact me so we can work out a suitable solution.
Please note that the PDF-downloads can not be returned or refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at merith@thedancepart.nl with a photo of the item’s condition.
