Not In So Many Words – Original Painting

This is an original acrylic painting on paper inspired by the book ‘Mrs. Dalloway’ by Virginia Woolf. These texts are written on the painting: “But he could not bring himself to say he loved her, not in so many words.” And: “But he could not tell her he loved her. He held her hand. Happiness is this, he thought.”

It is painted with acrylic paints on paper. The size is 500 x 700 mm including a small white border. The artwork is sprayed with a varnish so that it will be more protected from dust, dirt and light.
