- Size and Material
It is painted with acrylic paints on acrylic paper. Size: 300 x 400 mm including a white border. This border is slightly damaged at some points, if you want I can cut the border off for you. On the backside are a few marks on the paper of tape that was pulled off.
The artwork is sprayed with a varnish so that it will be more protected from dust, dirt and light. Next to this I would advice to frame the painting in a frame with special UV-glass to avoid any possible color loss over the years – especially if it will be hung in a sunny spot. - Shipping

This is an artwork titled ‘Every Moment Should be Beautiful’ This is a line from Oscar Wilde that he wrote in The Profundis while he was in prison: “Those whom he saved from their sins are saved simply for beautiful moments in their lives. (…) All that Christ says to us by the way of a little warning is that every moment should be beautiful, that the soul should always be ready for the coming of the bridegroom, always waiting for the voice of the lover, (…). He sees all the lovely influences of life as modes of light: the imagination itself is the world of light. The world is made by it, and yet the world cannot understand it: that is because the imagination is simply a manifestation of love, and it is love and the capacity for it that distinguishes one human being from another.”

Since this is a one-person business and the artworks are of different materials and sizes, the processing times are variable. I will always try to ship the item to you as quick as possible, usually this will be within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped I will sent you a notification. If there is any unforeseen delay, I will notify you as soon as possible.
Shipping charges for local and international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International ShippingYour order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Dance Part is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Pickup Your OrderYou can skip the shipping fees and processing time with free local pickup (I am based in Oosterbeek, Netherlands). Send a note with your order that you would like to pick it up personally - if any shipping charges are automatically calculated, I will refund this to you after you've pick up your order.
I will contact you about the time and date of the pickup.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at merith@thedancepart.nl with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchangesAre you not content with the item you purchased? Please contact me so we can work out a suitable solution.
Please note that the PDF-downloads can not be returned or refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at merith@thedancepart.nl with a photo of the item’s condition.
